Temporal Jump is a timing puzzle about patience. You have sixty seconds and every jump costs five of them, so you get at most twelve jumps to pass fifteen rings. One jump carries you through every ring whose gap is lined up with the arrow, so the trick is to wait until two or three gaps line up at once.
